Using evidence-based research, anthropological ideologies, coaching frameworks & models and lived experience, Simone designs and delivers inclusion training with the aim to enable people with protected characteristics to feel that they can belong at work and lead authentic joyful lives being themselves. 

Simone has worked in the creative and cultural sector for over 20 years as a performer, performing arts practitioner, theatre director and Creative Facilitator with a specialism in devised interactive and site specific theatre. She is currently working as an Associate Director at Stratford East Theatre, in London, UK. She is also devising a new piece of theatre titled ‘When The Time Comes’ and creating and directing a series of theatrical thrillers called ‘Echo Chamber’ for your immersive viewing pleasure in 2026.
