Inclusion Training & Consultancy

Using evidence-based research, anthropological ideologies, coaching frameworks & models and lived experience, Simone designs and delivers inclusion training with the aim to enable people with protected characteristics to feel that they can belong at work and lead authentic joyful lives being themselves. 

Simone uses her background in the theatre to inform training methodology that brings creative, experiential and interactive learning into the training room, with the aim of deeply embedded learning cognitively, emotionally and behaviorally to create long lasting behavioural and work based culture change. 

As well as offering private consultancy, Simone works with the following companies to deliver inclusion training and consultancy as an Associate.

INvolve, The Inclusion People to design and deliver inclusion training and development programmes for national and global organisations that have included Bank of Ireland, Whitbread, Wicks, Amazon marketplace, The Body Shop (Global) and Bupa.  

The What If Experiment to guide creative and cultural sector organisations through discomfort into accountable action, so that Black and Global Majority People can thrive in their creative endeavours and professional careers. Strategic partners include, Royal Court, Young Vic and BFI. 

Maynard Leigh Associates as Head of Inclusion, as well as designing and delivering inclusion training for large european consultancies including Roland Berger (RB). 


Simone is also co-creator of Five Pillars: An Introduction to anti-racism training - for creative and cultural organisations at the beginning of their anti-racism journey. Five Pillars was co created with malakai sargeant (they/them). Five Pillars clients include Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, Old Fire Station, Rambert Dance, Mountview & Southwark Councillors Labour Party, .

As with all of her work, Simone uses her background in the theatre and the performing arts to bring creative, experiential and interactive learning into the training room to imbed this vital learning in order to make long lasting change.
